This role is for a clinician who thinks in systems. The Clinical Director brings structure to a clinical program — designing protocols, workflows, and documentation standards that hold up under scrutiny, while providing day-to-day oversight and supervision to the clinical team. It's a chance to shape how care is delivered rather than inherit someone else's blueprint.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for the program
- Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care
- Serve as a resource for complex cases and clinical decision-making
Systems & Process Development
- Build and refine clinical protocols, workflows, and documentation systems
- Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions
- Establish consistent procedures to support quality and compliance
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure clinical practices align with regulatory and licensing standards
- Support audits, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of accountability and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- LCSW required
- Experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role within healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement systems, protocols, and processes
- Strong clinical judgment and staff supervision experience
