Organizational Growth & Revenue Development

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all service lines
  • Drive census growth, referral development, and program expansion initiatives
  • Build relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and managed care plans
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, grants, contracts, and strategic partnerships

Leadership & Operations

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization
  • Build, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing leadership team
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with department heads focused on growth and performance
  • Create a culture of accountability, excellence, innovation, and service
  • Serve as ambassador to the community, government agencies, referral sources, and healthcare partners

Financial Stewardship & Strategic Planning

  • Partner closely with the CFO to ensure financial sustainability
  • Review profitability, productivity, reimbursement trends, collections, and staffing ratios
  • Develop KPI-driven performance metrics across all departments

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Oversee audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activities
  • Promote a culture of ethical and compliant operations

Qualifications

  • Executive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit management, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success growing organizations, programs, revenue, and census
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement, managed care, and healthcare operations
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing leadership staff
  • Proven ability to implement KPI-driven management systems and accountability structures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
