About the Role: A large and growing company in Monsey is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the go-between for customers and manufacturers. You'll be the one making sure issues get resolved, orders get tracked down, and shipments actually happen — all while keeping customers in the loop every step of the way. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Help customers resolve any issues that come up with their orders
- Address missing items and provide shipping updates
Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding product ship dates
- Follow up persistently to get accurate timelines
Order Management
- Advocate for customer needs and push to get resolutions
