Job description
The Resource Administrator provides administrative, logistical, and data support to the Community Impact team at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, helping ensure the smooth implementation of grants, programs, and partnerships that serve the Jewish community. Responsibilities: • Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for Community Impact programs, events, and committee meetings (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) • Enter and track grant applications, awards, and decisions; maintain accurate documentation of grant outcomes and impact metrics • Confirm grant payments with Finance, track payment timing, and file confirmations and reports • Maintain records and data in CRM and grant databases; prepare reports, agendas, handouts, and presentations • Assist with communications, newsletters, and social media content; maintain funding-related email lists • Collaborate with Finance, Development, and Marketing on cross-functional projects and propose process improvements Qualifications: • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in administrative, nonprofit, or program support roles • Experience with CRM and project management tools a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to the values and mission of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis Benefits: • Health and dental insurance • 403(b) retirement plan • Generous PTO (vacation, holidays, sick leave, personal time) • Life and long-term disability insurance
