Tennis Professional at Shalom Austin

Shalom Austin is launching a brand-new tennis program and seeks a Tennis Professional to help build and grow it to its full potential. The facility includes six brand-new tennis courts with QuickStart lines on four of them, plus four pickleball courts. This is a part-time hourly position reporting to the Tennis Director. Responsibilities: • Provide beginning through advanced instruction (private and group) for all levels and ages of players • Assist in promoting and conducting tennis clinics, private lessons, special events, and programs • Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs that encourage continued involvement in tennis • Ensure students understand tennis rules, scoring procedures, safety rules, and etiquette • Enforce all rules and regulations governing use of the facility, its equipment, and other property • Respond to member and guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly • Opportunity to string racquets **Pay:** $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
