We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company providing a post-discharge monitoring platform designed specifically for nursing home operators. Our system automates caregiver outreach, collects updates on patient progress, and sends real-time alerts back to the facility. The platform integrates directly with facility EHRs and connects with local hospitals to deliver immediate readmittance notifications. Currently active in 12 states, we are expanding nationally and seeking an Entry-Level Sales Associate to support outreach and growth across the long-term care and skilled nursing industry. **Compensation:** $50,000 base salary + commission structure (uncapped) **Location:** New York, NY 10016 (Hybrid – in-office twice weekly) **Schedule:** Full-time **Position Overview:** The Entry-Level Sales Associate will support outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation efforts with nursing home operators, management companies, and corporate leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone entering the workforce in their first professional position and eager to grow in a commission-based sales environment. You will assist with identifying prospective clients, scheduling and supporting platform demonstrations, and helping guide facilities through early stages of the sales and onboarding process. Strong follow-up, communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead generation — Support outreach to nursing home owners, operators, and management companies. • Prospect engagement — Schedule introductory calls and assist in presenting the platform's value proposition. • Sales cycle support — Help move prospects from initial outreach through signed agreements by coordinating communication and follow-up. • Demo coordination — Prepare materials and assist senior team members during platform demonstrations. • Onboarding assistance — Support implementation tasks to ensure facilities launch smoothly. • Customer service support — Maintain ongoing communication with facilities post-launch. • Brand representation — Represent the company as a trusted partner focused on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. **Qualifications:** • Interest in beginning a career in sales within the healthcare or technology sector • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with prospective clients • Ability to learn and clearly explain technology solutions • Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a commission-based role • Tenacity, persistence, and a service-oriented mindset • Comfortable traveling for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively **Pomera Care** is a healthcare recruitment and consulting agency.
