Job description
Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School seeks a Marketing (Advancement) Associate to support the school's marketing, communications, and development efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and partnering closely with the Development team, the role is roughly 80% marketing and 20% fundraising operations. Responsibilities: • Execute the school's social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Produce weekly emails and bi-weekly newsletters in Finalsite; write recaps of school events • Produce graphics and copy for school events and programs; design print and digital advertisements, direct mail, and promotional materials • Photograph and film key school events and produce content for social media and other channels • Monitor website performance in Google Analytics and maintain Bernardzell.org • Track donor data, generate development reports, and manage gift processing, acknowledgements, and invoicing • Support financial reconciliation with the Business Office and assist with the Annual Fundraiser Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • 2-4 years of experience managing a CRM database preferred • Experience with graphic design tools for digital, print, and website marketing; Canva preferred • Experience in organic social media marketing; paid advertising a plus • Excellent writing and editing skills with proven attention to detail • Experience with content management systems (Finalsite) and knowledge of Jewish community and traditions desired • Ability to work onsite and occasionally outside business hours to support events Salary: $53,000-$58,000 based on experience.
