Marketing & Operations Representative

We are seeking an organized, people-oriented professional to manage advertising and media operations across print, digital, and Jewish media platforms.

Responsibilities

* Manage advertising campaigns, placements, and schedules.
* Coordinate with media vendors and internal teams.
* Negotiate rates and track media spending.
* Manage calendars, invoices, budgets, and campaign reporting.
* Ensure campaigns are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience.
* Familiarity with Jewish media strongly preferred.
* Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
* Media buying, marketing, operations, or analytics experience preferred.

Hybrid: 3 days/week in office — 2 NYC, 1 may be Teaneck.
