BCBA – in-Person at Hadran Academy (Brooklyn)

Encore Support Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for two school-based placements serving warm, frum communities. All cases are on-site at a single school location per role — no driving between locations. We’re moving quickly to have staff credentialed and ready for September, so early applicants are strongly encouraged.

The openings:

• Hadran Yeshiva — 3–4 BCBAs. Female candidates preferred. A heimish environment with excellent, hands-on training and support; experienced BCBAs and motivated candidates willing to train are both welcome.
• Mesivta — 2–3 BCBAs. Male or female candidates welcome. Seeking Jewish, frum candidates who are a good fit for the community environment.

What we’re looking for (both roles):

• Active BCBA certification
• Comfortable working in a frum/heimish school setting
• A collaborative, positive approach

The role (both placements):

• On-site presence at least 2–3 times per week
• Caseload of minimum 5 clients, all at one school location
• Supportive team and a great working environment

Hiring process: Candidates complete an Encore interview plus an interview with the placement (Hadran or Mesivta). We’re onboarding now for a September start.
