We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Nursing Home Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, budget forecasting, performance analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to leadership to support the effective management of our healthcare facilities.

Requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the healthcare or long-term care sector. - Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
