Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily program operations and supervise staff members.
• Ensure full compliance with all OPWDD requirements.
• Foster strong, collaborative communication with participants, their families, and the team.
• Implement and manage high-quality, community-based programming.

Requirements:

• Required: Prior management experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience working within the OPWDD system.
