Job description
Growing skilled nursing-focused healthcare operator seeking a Director of Field Operations to lead execution across its multi-state portfolio.
This is a corporate leadership role focused on overseeing field teams, driving operational consistency across facilities, strengthening partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facility leadership, and ensuring high-quality delivery of RPM, APCM, and CoCM services.
Requirements:
Skilled nursing or healthcare field operations leadership experience
Track record managing multi-site or multi-state teams
Strong relationship management with facility/SNF leadership
Operational, strategic, and hands-on execution skills
Experience with remote/hybrid care delivery models preferred
