Job description
Summary of Job:
The Reimbursement Specialist will be an integral role of the Patient Support Program. The Reimbursement Specialist will work closely with Case Managers to facilitate the patient onboarding process.
Essential Functions:
Works closely with Case Managers to assist with the patient onboarding process.
Successfully deliver upon program goals, including predefined KPIs
Complete the data entry process of all documents received into the Support Program
Triage documents to appropriate parties based on defined business rules and requirements
Support the Case Manager team with daily administrative tasks
Follows all requirements associated with compliance to
program guidelines and relevant regulations, including HIPAA and patient privacy
Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings
Assist with special projects as needed
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:
Proven success in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office Suite
