Position Overview

Jewish National Fund-USA seeks an Event Administrator to provide administrative support to the Northeast team. This role is responsible for maintaining donor and event records, processing donations and registrations, assisting with event logistics, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

This is a full-time position based in our Rockville Centre, NY office, 5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Northeast team, including fundraisers and regional staff.
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Prepare mailings, invitations, acknowledgments, and other communications.
Maintain accurate donor, prospect, and event records in Salesforce.
Process donations, pledges, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
Track event registrations, sponsorships, and seating assignments.
Generate reports and assist with data requests as needed.
Review and update constituent records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with event preparation, logistics, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate event materials and administrative details.
Work with internal departments to support fundraising events and programs.
Support general office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of administrative, office support, or event-related experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
Experience with Zoom and project management tools is a plus.
Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel within the Northeast region as needed.
Valid U.S. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
