Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities
Partner directly with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
Improve operational efficiency, communication, and accountability company-wide
Develop and implement KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics
Build scalable processes and operating procedures
Lead department heads and hold teams accountable for results
Improve collaboration between Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Inventory, Technology, and Operations
Evaluate business initiatives and make recommendations based on operational and financial performance
Resolve cross-functional issues and remove operational bottlenecks
Drive organizational planning as the company continues to scale
Help build leadership infrastructure while maintaining an entrepreneurial culture
Qualifications
10+ years of senior operational leadership experience
Experience leading multiple departments within a growing organization
Proven success building processes, KPIs, and operational structure
Strong financial and business acumen
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working directly with an entrepreneurial CEO
Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, consumer products, eCommerce, or another operationally complex business preferred
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
