Project Manager for Tenant Improvement

Our company is looking for an organized and experienced Project Manager – Tenant Improvements to manage all tenant improvement projects for our properties.

This Project Manager would act as the main coordination point between the ownership, tenant, architect, engineer, contractor, vendors, and property management. This position requires knowledge of commercial construction as well as the ability to start a tenant improvement project from lease to completion.
