Job Title: Senior Manager – Finance/Accounting
Reports to: Partner - VP of Finance

Department: Finance
Status: Full Time, Exempt

The Finance/Accounting Senior Manager is responsible for leading the finance and accounting teams that service LTC Ally’s large portfolio clients. This individual will oversee day-to-day systems, processes and people to ensure smooth operations and the highest quality client experience.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the finance and accounting teams servicing our portfolio clients
Serve as the executive point of contact for clients and their leadership teams
Coordinate and review high level work products for delivery to client
Provide advanced financial advisory services, including
Operations financial analysis
Value-add process and cost containment recommendations
Banking relationships

Skills and qualifications include:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional financial acumen
Strong leadership skills
Multiple years of finance management experience
Healthcare finance background (specifically skilled nursing) strongly preferred
