Maintenance Housekeeping

Overview
Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the College/Clinic building and assist in eliminating distractions such as unwanted dirt and smells from the learning environment.

Responsibilities
Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, striping and waxing of floors.
Select, measure and mix products for cleaning jobs.
Clean, sanitize and polish restrooms and their fixtures.
Clean and polish classroom and office furniture.
Remove waste and debris.
Stock closets with cleaning and paper products.
Sweep and shovel walkways 10' from all entrances.
Check and fill soap dispensers as necessary.
Demonstrates ability to follow directions and provide dependable services.
Washing windows and window sills.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required.
1 or more years of custodial experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Working Conditions
The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Maximum Salary
USD $35,360.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $35,360.00/Yr.
