Children's Wear Sales Associate

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our children's clothing boutique for the remainder of the summer season. If you love helping families find the perfect styles for their kids, thrive in a dynamic retail environment, and bring positive energy to the store floor, we want to hear from you. While full-time availability is preferred, we will consider part-time candidates who can commit to our weekend schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming, high-touch shopping experience for kids and parents.

• Provide expert styling advice, help with sizing, and make personalized product recommendations.

• Maintain store visual standards by organizing stock, restocking displays, and keeping the sales floor clean.

• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.

• Assist with inventory management, including unpacking new shipments and preparing merchandise for display.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred (experience in children's apparel is a plus).

• Must be available to work Sunday throughout the rest of the summer, NO SATURDAY. 

• Friendly, patient, and engaging personality with a knack for connecting with children and parents.

• Strong communication and basic math skills for cash handling.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the sales floor, and lift light merchandise boxes.
