Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments (including VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.)
Design and implement tailored behavior plans based on data analysis
Supervise paraprofessionals and staff
Provide parent training and support
Collaborate with team members to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Requirements:
BCBA Certification and/or NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) License
Experience working with individuals with autism and knowledge of evidence-based practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a bonus (not required)

Position involves daytime cases, with in-person work 2 times a month
