Job description
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in operations, administration, or organizational management.
Experience managing budgets, operational systems, and organizational processes.
Demonstrated success supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership
Provide oversight and coordination of daily operations to ensure programs and services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and values.
Maintain responsibility for office operations, administrative systems, technology, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained through proactive management of repairs, maintenance, and operational needs.
Monitor compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and risk management practices.
Financial Management & Reporting
Monitor organizational and program budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare operational and financial reports for executive leadership and governing boards.
Program Operations & Compliance
Collaborate with leadership to support the development, launch, and implementation of new programs and services.
Ensure operational systems, staffing resources, and infrastructure are in place to support program success.
Coordinate program evaluation efforts, outcome measurement, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Support grant-funded programs by monitoring operational deliverables, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations.
