Job description

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, automation, or data engineering.
3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and complex initiatives.
Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation programs in production environments.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Workato, UKG, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and SaaS ecosystems.
Excellent project management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred
Experience with Snowflake and modern data platforms.
Familiarity with LLM integrations, AI frameworks, and automation technologies.
Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, identity management, and security best practices.
Experience with DevOps or software governance practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of AI and automation initiatives across enterprise systems.
Manage a portfolio of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resources, and timelines.
Drive process automation and integration efforts across key business platforms and data environments.
Establish governance standards for AI solutions, including project intake, approvals, security reviews, and compliance.
Oversee enterprise data integration architecture and system reliability.
Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, HR, and IT to identify and implement AI-driven improvements.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, technical program managers, and AI operations professionals.
Present program updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
