Job description
Duties
You will serve as the functional expert for inquiries, both internal and external to NAVSUP WSS, specifically related to F-35 maintenance plan development and configuration management.
You will ensure F-35 IWST members make accurate and well-reasoned decisions during maintenance plan reviews, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) reviews, and Deviation Change Notice (DCN) updates.
You will serve as the final decision authority on Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability code determinations for the F-35, as delegated by NAVAIR.
You will review ECP documentation for F-35 components for completeness, accuracy, and suitability to the equipment
You will participate in the operation of International Logistics Programs and maintain related logistics configuration data.
You will assist in resolving referral problems related to procurement actions and contracts (modifications, waivers, test programs, etc.).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Serving as the functional expert for managing a program provisioning and cataloguing, collaborating with various stakeholders 2. Developing the overarching strategic provisioning and cataloguing plan, develop new policies, and resolve complex provisioning issues 3. Serving as the functional expert for maintenance planning, configuration management, technical sourcing, and engineering change proposal analysis and impact 4. Conducting in-depth technical reviews of engineering change proposals and their impact to supply support, review technical elements on acquisitions plans and procurement actions to ensure accuracy
