Duties
Help
You will build risk assessments and provide demand-supply metrics.
You will maintain knowledge of assessment goals as defined by senior leadership and the directions which have traditionally come from Warfare Center Headquarters.
You will establish assessment schedules, provide assignments to support personnel, and ensure accurate and complete data is collected, providing clearly communicated status and results briefings through the process.
You will track the execution of the budget and propose adjustments to best meet financial and productive targets, the budget includes both recurring costs and single instance proposals for Production Overhead (OH) projects.
You will analyze the NSWCPD Service Cost Center (SCC) budgets and Division 0BD OH budget on an annual basis.
You will institute strategic goals into command wide work acceptance processes and ensure comprehensive tracking of future work proposals.

This is a bargaining unit position.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Collecting technical and business capability statuses and conducting risk assessments to those capabilities;
Tracking the execution of budgets for projects to include proposing adjustments to meet productive targets; and
Utilizing cost estimating tools to develop critical metrics data.
