Responsibilities
Own the full A/R cycle from billing through cash posting

Submit claims across all payer types

Post payments and adjustments

Monitor and manage A/R aging

Resolve denials and billing discrepancies

Collaborate with business office teams and leadership

Ensure timely, accurate reimbursement and compliance

Requirements
2–3 years of Healthcare / Skilled Nursing A/R Billing experience

Experience managing multiple FEINs and payer types

Familiarity with CMS regulations and healthcare billing systems

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excel proficiency

Strong communication and organizational skills
