Junior Accountant

A well-established and successful healthcare organization in Brooklyn is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with daily cash balance reporting and monthly bank reconciliations
• Experience with cash transfers and account funding
• Ability to maintain budgets and forecast cash flow
• Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Actual work experience performing these duties (not coursework only)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and the ability to learn new accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables

Position Details:

• Full-time, on-site
