Marketing & Event Representative

B&H is looking to hire a Trade Show Operations Representative with experience in event operations and planning floor layouts for trade shows.

Essential Responsibilities

Work directly with Show Lead

Assist with booth design in a 3D-space

Manage freight

Source display product, furnishings, structure, signage

Design technical solutions for hands-on direct attendee demonstrations

Order utilities

Work directly with 3rd party teams – ie: Teamsters, Electricians, Stagehands, EAC

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with Map Your Show, a2z, or a similar software program is a must

Analytical thinking

Problem Solving

Detail-oriented and quick thinking

Interpersonal skills within a team environment

Networking skills

Understanding of basic electrical requirements

Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus
