Job description

We are seeking a motivated and people–driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team at MD Capital Premier Billing. This entry–level role is designed for someone eager to build a career in talent acquisition while making a direct impact on how we attract, engage, and hire top talent – particularly at the Associate and Senior Associate levels across the organization. You will play a hands–on role in sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the hiring process while also helping to build and manage our campus recruiting efforts.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

Proactively source and identify candidates for Associate and Senior Associate level roles across the organization

Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest

Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and responsive experience throughout the process

Event/Campus Recruiting:

Develop and manage relationships with universities, career services offices, and student organizations

Plan and attend career fairs, info sessions, and on–campus recruiting events

Create and execute strategies to attract early–career talent aligned with company values and growth goals

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting initiatives

Process & Operations:

Manage candidate flow and maintain accurate, organized records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)

Coordinate and schedule interviews across hiring managers and team calendars

Document interview feedback and ensure timely communication across the hiring team

Track recruiting metrics and contribute to regular reporting on pipeline health, time–to–fill, and candidate quality

Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and candidate experience

Collaboration:

Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop scorecards aligned with hiring best practices

Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to keep requisitions moving forward Support the broader talent acquisition strategy as the team and company continue to scale

Qualifications:

Entry–level–1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field Campus recruiting experience or involvement in university career programs strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a comfort level engaging candidates and stakeholders by phone

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Self–starter with a proactive, problem–solving mindset and a drive to improve processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)

Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)

Interest in or exposure to healthcare, RCM, or medical billing industries is a plus
