Call Center Representative

Position: Medical Call Center: Dental Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide positive, empathetic, and professional customer service
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Receive, diffuse, and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Ideal candidate:

• Available to work in our Har Hotzvim office
• Charismatic and a natural people person with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to learn new concepts quickly
• A team player who thrives off of collaboration
• Looking for a long-term job in Customer Service
• Native English speaker
• Must have teudat zehut or work visa

Hours & Salary:

• In office in Har Hotzvim
• Monday- Thursday, 8PM-3AM, Friday: 3PM - 9:30PM
• starting salary $14 USD, plus all Israeli benefits
