Job description
Key Responsibilities
Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Coordinate regular lunches and meetings between stakeholders and project managers; follow up on connections from networking events; create and maintain a contact list of prospective clients.
Generate New Business Leads: Respond to inbound sales inquiries and schedule appointments with appropriate project managers; pitch services and new products to stakeholders; follow up on internal new business initiatives.
Represent Burnham Nationwide in the Industry: Participate actively in professional organizations such as AIA, BOMA, and CREW; pursue leadership positions within industry groups; promote Burnham's services and upcoming events to industry contacts.
Coordinate and Deliver Presentations and Marketing Content: Coordinate Lunch and Learn presentations with internal teams and manage rehearsal schedules; work with Burnham's marketing vendor to develop client-facing materials; advise on edits and ensure content is ready to present.
Use CRM and Other Platforms: Maintain leads, contact records, and conversation notes in HubSpot; properly manage prospect files using the appropriate platforms; adhere to required data management and security policies.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's or higher in marketing, communications, or business ideal but not required
