Job description

What You'll Do

US Sponsorship & Partnership Development
Own and grow the pipeline of US sponsors, partners and exhibitors for The Longevity Show, identifying new prospects across longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness, pharma, insurance and consumer health brands.
Build tailored partnership packages and commercial proposals, supporting the UK sales team with outreach, pitching and negotiation through to signed contracts.
Track and report pipeline progress, revenue against target, and partner satisfaction, feeding this into the Event Director's overall commercial plan.
Content & Programming

Work with the Content Lead in London to identify and secure high-profile US speakers for the show's programme.
Feed US market intelligence, trends, and audience insight into programming decisions
Help shape sessions and content formats that resonate with a US longevity audience and attract the right talent to the stage
Coordinate with Founders Forum's broader US team and network to unlock warm introductions.
Feed US market insight back into programme and content planning.
Event Strategy & Planning
Act as the primary point of contact on US soil for the venue (Javits Center), suppliers, contractors and local vendors.
Support the UK team with operational planning for the US show, including exhibitor management, logistics and production schedules.
Lead onsite delivery in New York, coordinating with suppliers, partners and the wider team to ensure a seamless attendee, sponsor and exhibitor experience across event days.
Flag risks, gaps and market-specific requirements early, bringing local knowledge (permits, unions, venue rules, US Health & Safety/insurance norms) to operational planning.
Market Presence & Relationship Management
Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, local media and brands that give the show credibility and reach in the US.
Represent The Longevity Show in the US longevity, wellness and health-tech ecosystem between events, building the brand's local profile and reputation.
Maintain a live map of relevant US partners, brands, agencies and exhibitors, and keep a pulse on the US longevity/biohacking market, competitor events and emerging trends.
Requirements
Required
5+ years of experience as a commercial or event leader, ideally within the US market.
Proven track record of closing sponsorship, partnership or exhibitor deals and hitting commercial targets.
Comfortable working as the sole on-the-ground US team member, operating independently day-to-day while reporting into a UK-based Event Director.
Hands-on and operationally minded: equally happy building a sponsorship deck as coordinating a loading dock schedule onsite.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders (CMOs, brand leads, founders) on commercial terms.
Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines at once.
Willingness to travel, including to London for planning and team alignment, and flexibility around key event dates (London: 16-17 April 2027; New York: May 21-22 2027).
