BMW of Pompano Beach is growing — and we are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to grow with us.

We are a high-energy, performance-driven BMW dealership with big goals and an even bigger vision. We are looking for a proven BMW Sales Manager and HEAVY HITTER who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a seat for someone looking to simply manage the desk. We want a leader.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of BMW sales management experience required
Proven track record of producing results and exceeding targets
Used car experience is a major plus
Strong desk, deal-structuring, and closing skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable
Strong understanding of BMW products, processes, and customer experience
High energy, competitive, positive, and solution-oriented
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Someone who can blend with our existing culture while helping us take it to the next level
A true team player who understands that our success is built on the success of the entire team
