Personal Lines Account Manager

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients.
Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; provide recommendations to clients as needed
Policy Maintenance: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage
Claims Support: Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met.
Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic
Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager
Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C insurance license.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Applied Epic experience preferred
