Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Honeywell’s ongoing Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance requirements for the US Department of War.
Support customer regulatory and compliance inquiries, contract reviews, audits, and assessments pertaining to Honeywell’s cybersecurity posture.
Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions tailored for aerospace technologies.
Conduct in-depth security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of aerospace products and systems.
Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to junior cybersecurity professionals.
Participate in incident response activities, contributing technical expertise to resolve security incidents promptly.

YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in a cyber security leadership position within complex technical environments.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, industry-standards, and best practice.
Proficiency in conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams.

WE VALUE
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams.
Experience in aerospace or defense industry cybersecurity standards and compliance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving cybersecurity challenges.
