Retention Case Manager - Salary: $55,000-$60,000

$50K–$60K + Monthly Commission

Monday–Friday | 9–5 | Full-Time

On-site | Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Help strengthen relationships with our patients and families by resolving concerns, and working with other departments to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:

• Re-engage former patients who discontinued services

• Build trust with families through strong communication and follow-up

• Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Looking for:

• Confident on the phone with strong sales skills

• Organized, driven, and results-oriented

• Strong communicator in a fast-paced office
