CLOSING COORDINATOR A Brooklyn, NY title company is hiring a Closing Coordinator, the candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions and work closely with our team, clients, and lenders to coordinate and facilitate the closing process. *Responsibilities:* – Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders – Prepare and review closing documents. – Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on the closing process – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all closing transactions – Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies *Requirements:* – 1-2 years of experience with title insurance and closing procedures – Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
