About the Role A Brooklyn-based company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to help drive their hiring efforts from sourcing through onboarding. You'll be active across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, connecting with candidates and helping build out the team.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Candidate Outreach
- Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews
Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate interview and hiring meetings
Hiring & Onboarding Support
- Support the hiring process from start to finish
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related hiring role
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Comfortable conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
