Overview
A real estate organization specializing in development, construction, property management, and family office operations is seeking a full-time HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and HR administration. This role will be responsible for managing the full hiring lifecycle, creating structured onboarding and training programs, and partnering with leadership to build scalable people processes that support the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational positions
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
Develop onboarding programs, training roadmaps, and employee SOPs
Partner with managers to build role-specific training and development plans
Coordinate new hire orientation and employee integration
Support HR compliance, employee relations, and personnel administration
Assist with compensation planning and organizational development
Maintain recruiting metrics and hiring pipelines
Improve HR processes and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
4+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience creating training programs and SOPs
Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership
Real estate, construction, or property management experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
