Otc Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and knowledgeable OTC Salesperson to assist customers in selecting over-the-counter products such as vitamins, first aid items, skincare, and personal care products. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a good understanding of wellness products.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the OTC section

Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs

Restock shelves and maintain product displays

Track inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the OTC area

Answer customer questions accurately and professionally

Help with in-store promotions and product awareness

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail or pharmacy experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
