ECS Pooled Trust is a growing Brooklyn company looking for a warm, organized Intake Specialist who wants a role where they genuinely help people. You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for new clients and their families, guiding them through the process from start to finish. The right person is organized, personable, and reliable, with a warm phone manner and great attention to detail. Office experience is needed; experience in Medicaid or home care is a plus.
