Accounting and Invoicing Specialist

$70,000-$80,000/year

A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an invoicing specialist. Job includes owning the financial operations behind the company’s bookings and ensuring every booking is accurately invoiced. Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of prior accounting or bookkeeping experience. Candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9-3, 9-4, or 9-5, and Fri, 9-1/2.
