Certified Home Health Aide CHHA

Assisting Hands of Hamilton is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our care team on a weekend-only schedule in Hamilton, NJ. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse
Prepare meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and care plans
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Administer medications or treatments as directed within scope of practice

Requirements:
Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Hamilton, NJ area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to follow individualized care plans and work independently
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
