RESPONSIBILITIES

As our E-Retail Manager for Sephora, you are responsible for digital sales, media activations and performance across the Sephora ecosystem.

This role is responsible for owning online sales performance and retail media execution, leading Sephora‑specific digital go‑to‑market strategy, and activating key growth levers across traffic, conversion, media, app, sampling, and content. The Manager will deliver clear performance insights, manage reporting and trackers, and develop leadership‑ready presentations that highlight business shifts, risks, and opportunities on Sephora.com.

This role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, as well as deep knowledge of Sephora’s business model and ways to win within the Sephora ecosystem.

Your main focus:

Own online sales performance tracking for Sephora.com
Analyze Sephora portal reporting and digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.) to drive data‑driven recommendations and business decisions
Deliver weekly sales and performance analysis, identifying trends, performance shifts, risks, and growth opportunities
Manage detailed side‑by‑side analyses to understand changes in performance and clearly document Sephora‑led and brand‑led initiatives
Lead Sephora‑specific digital go‑to‑market strategy, aligning launches, programs, and priorities to Sephora moments and tentpole events
Partner cross‑functionally with Influencer & Advocacy and National Media teams to identify and activate traffic‑driving levers
Partner with Sephora and external partners to activate and optimize Sephora Media Network campaigns in support of sales and traffic goals
Own planning and execution of sampling initiatives in partnership with Omni Sales and Brand teams
Manage retail media trackers and partner with Finance on budgets and pacing
Partner with E‑Merchandising and Creative teams to deliver best‑in‑class Sephora assets, PDP optimization, and onsite execution aligned to Sephora standards
Ensure content and merchandising align with Sephora best practices, calendar priorities, and evolving platform expectations
Capture and organize site screenshots, exposures, and execution details for leadership decks, recaps, and competitive tracking
Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Teams, and Sephora partners to align priorities, timing, and execution
Support forecasts, business reviews, go‑to‑market planning, and ad hoc analysis
Develop clear, accurate, leadership‑ready PowerPoint presentations and decks
Present confidently in team and cross‑functional forums, clearly articulating insights, implications, and recommendations
