Job description

Key Responsibilities

Sample trafficking; Support the booking-in process of samples, at the beginning of the season and throughout the season

Monitor and control the movement of all client samples internally

Responsible for the send out and returns process of samples externally to key contacts (editors, influencers, stylists, etc.)

Loss prevention – implements and maintains a process and accountability for all samples identifying any risk factors and sharing updates / concerns with the wider team

Work collaboratively with the Logistics team to ensure that tasks are carried out in line with processes and in an efficient manner

Build and cultivate relationships with media peers by supporting with showroom appointments

Media Monitoring: daily review of media – newspapers, magazines, and key digital and social media outlets

Compile and review editorial clippings and metrics, and share coverage with clients

Support on compiling client reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, focusing on the relevant activities of the AA

Actively involved in pitching samples to press, developing, and writing creative product pitches

Provide essential support at and for events, projects, and shows as needed – including show requests /databases, RSVP lists, seating lists etc.

Takes an active interest in the world of digital communications and culture across various sectors (art and design, interiors, wellbeing, music, hospitality, talent and influencers etc.) and can identify client opportunities within the landscape

Proactively supporting creative client gifting initiatives and campaigns

Undertake administrative tasks to support clients and the wider team – e.g. travel bookings, client folders, schedules, database updates and maintenance etc.

Support with meeting preparations – scheduling, preparing agendas, minutes, and updates for client calls

Coordinate and mentor interns, delegate workload and support them with prioritizing appropriately

Key Attributes

Experience as a communications and marketing intern ideally within luxury fashion and lifestyle

Highly dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic

Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills

Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Confidence to make suggestions, bring ideas to the wider team that focuses on client experience and work, alone or as part of a team

High level of attention to detail and the ability to present and interpret quantitative and qualitative data

Interest in culture, arts, fashion and lifestyle

Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Fashion GPS is welcomed but not essential)
