Position Summary
The GPS IIIF Program Integrator will support the design and implementation of space-based capabilities that deliver resilient, affordable, and sustainable modernization of the Global Positioning System enterprise.
The role supports program acquisition, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination across contracts, budgets, engineering teams, and Space Force organizations. The Program Integrator will help develop acquisition strategies, execute contract actions, manage program risks, prepare milestone products, and translate complex program information into clear, decision-ready materials.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of Department of Defense acquisition processes with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage strategic relationships, and advance mission priorities in a fast-paced space program environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of acquisition strategies, contract actions, and key program milestones for GPS IIIF.
Develop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and other program execution tools.
Coordinate work across acquisition, contracts, budgeting, engineering, and program management teams.
Prepare decision briefings, milestone documentation, status reports, and other materials for government and program leadership.
Manage strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems, organizations, and mission partners.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, track commitments, and drive assigned actions through completion.
Identify program risks, dependencies, and execution challenges and support the development of practical mitigation strategies.
Apply knowledge of DoD acquisition systems and processes to support effective program planning and execution.
Use collaboration and workflow tools, including Confluence and Jira, to maintain program visibility and team alignment.
Support technical and program documentation related to GPS modernization, systems engineering, acquisition, and program operations.
Contribute to a high-accountability team environment focused on delivering resilient and sustainable space capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Seven or more years of experience supporting DoD acquisition systems, program management, or business operations.
Experience developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies and supporting key acquisition milestones.
Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems, organizations, or closely related mission environments.
Experience developing integrated plans and schedules, preparing decision briefings, and managing risks for space or defense programs.
Experience coordinating task execution across contracts, budgets, engineering teams, and other functional organizations.
Experience using collaboration and workflow tools such as Confluence or Jira.
Ability to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional meetings and program execution activities.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex program information clearly.
Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively in a dynamic mission environment.
Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
Experience preparing program management, acquisition, or systems engineering documentation.
Knowledge of the GPS space, ground, or user segments.
Experience supporting GPS modernization or related national security space programs.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Master’s degree.
Project Management Professional, Expert or Certified Systems Engineering Professional, or Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification.
