Job description

Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to uncover user behavior insights and drive data-motivated decision-making.
Design, execute, and evaluate product experiments to improve the patient experience and move key business metrics.
Conduct exploratory research to identify new strategic levers and opportunities for product optimization.
Define, measure, and track the success of new and existing product features.
Build scalable dashboards to democratize actionable data insights across the organization.
Communicate complex statistical findings and methodologies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills and Experience
5+ years in a product analytics or data science role (healthcare, fintech, or complex e-commerce experience is a plus).
Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Deep understanding of statistical methods and A/B test design for product evaluation.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to launch and measure products.
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering a world-class user experience and a strong growth mindset.
Familiarity with modern data stack tooling (e.g., dbt, Looker, Hex) is preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation Range and Benefits

Salary Range: 153,000 - $ 180,000
This role is also bonus and equity eligible
