Job description
Overview of the role:
The Americas is Glance's largest and fastest-growing region, and it is expanding quickly across new partners, surfaces, and markets. Getting our products onto devices is only half the job; delivering reliably enough that partners want to expand with us is the other half. This role owns that second half.
As Program Manager, Partner Launches & Delivery, you will be the single accountable owner for taking our partner launches from kickoff to go-live — on the committed date, at the committed scope. You will turn a fast-moving roadmap and a room full of stakeholders into one plan, one tracker, and one clear story of what is happening and when. And you will make each launch faster than the last by building the playbook the whole team runs on.
The impact you'll make:
Run the launches. Be the single accountable owner for each partner launch, end to end: one plan, one tracker, one status
Hold the scope line. Define and defend what ships at launch versus what follows. Push back — with data and alternatives — when scope grows late.
Coordinate across functions. Bring together Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, Legal and Privacy, Marketing and PR, and the account team. Turn dependencies into named owners and dates.
Partner with our customers. Work alongside the Account Manager as the delivery counterpart to the partner's program and technical teams, driving integration milestones through to launch readiness.
Surface risk early. Produce weekly status a senior leader can read in two minutes: what's on track, what's at risk, and what decision is needed by when. No surprises in the final weeks.
Own the transition to steady state. Track post-launch health with the account team — adoption, delivery quality, and open partner commitments — through to a clean handover.
Build the playbook. Turn each launch into a repeatable operating model — checklist, integration sequence, decision gates — so the second and third launches move faster than the first.
The experience we need:
6+ years in technical program or launch management, ideally in mobile, adtech, consumer applications, or platform software.
Demonstrated experience shipping with large external partners — carriers, OEMs, platforms, or enterprise customers — where the partner's dates and standards were non-negotiable.
A track record of holding scope and dates with senior stakeholders. You can say “that comes later” and make it stick, diplomatically.
Excellent written communication — status updates concise enough that executives actually read them.
High tolerance for ambiguity and a fast-moving roadmap. You build the process that's missing rather than waiting for one.
Comfort operating across United States and India (Bangalore) time zones, where much of Product and Engineering sits.
Nice to have:
Direct experience with mobile carriers, OEMs, or their launch and certification processes.
Familiarity with mobile device software, pre-load and firmware integrations, or on-device experiences such as lock screen.
Exposure to ad-supported or subscription billing mechanics.
Experience standing up a launch or program function from scratch, not only operating inside an established one.
