Real Estate Asset Manager

A real estate organization is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a low-income housing portfolio, ensuring strong financial and operational performance across all properties.

Responsibilities include managing property budgets and financial reporting, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met, monitoring operational performance across the portfolio, and coordinating with property management and ownership on strategic decisions; travel to properties is required as needed.

Required: proven experience in real estate asset management, strong financial and budgeting skills, familiarity with low-income housing compliance (e.g., LIHTC, HUD, or similar programs), and the ability to travel to properties as needed.
