Chief of Care Management (IDD)

Come to a Healthcare leader where you provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the care management workforce across the organization. This role champions a culture of accountability, operational excellence through strategic oversight, data-driven evaluation, and continuous improvement, while maintaining a direct link to the VP’s to support alignment and prevent gaps between leadership and frontline operations; also maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Requires chief level experience; must come from intellectual and developmental disabilities environment.

Continuously monitor and leverage data and analytics to monitor outcomes, identify trends, inform strategic and operational decisions, and drive accountability across regions.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and consistency of care management teams with company-wide objectives and expectations.

Master’s degree in health administration, Human Services, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, preferred

Minimum of 10 years related Human Service experience, of which 5 is IDD.

(3) years of previous experience at a management level.
