Chief Operating Officer (COO), IT Service Provider

A growing IT service provider is seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Operating Officer to oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic growth, and lead a growing technical and support team.

Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery and client support operations, staffing and team management, vendor and process management, and company-wide operational strategy.

Requirements: proven prior experience as a COO (or equivalent senior operations leadership role) is required for this position, along with strong leadership and business management skills, and a solid technical/IT background sufficient to understand service delivery and engineering workflows and to speak knowledgeably with technical staff and clients.
